This save data file has both a 70 star file with access to Bowser in the Sky, and a clean save. 
To replace your save data with this file on Windows, do the following:

1. Bring up the Run menu (press Windows Key + R)

2. Type in "AppData" and hit enter. The AppData folder should appear.
3. Go into LocalLow\MixMorris\Super Mario 64 FPS
4. Replace your savedata.bin with this file (or rename/backup your current save file if you wish to preserve your own saves).

70 Star File

Any auto clicker is allowed, this is a pretty basic and easy to use one that you can use if you don't have a perfect mousewheel for the AHK script. The click interval works best at 1 millisecond

Auto Clicker

An AutoHotkey script that binds the fire button to Scroll Wheel Up/Down.

This makes using the M16 mash-free, as you can scroll up and down to fire very very fast, which is extremely useful in the final Bowser fight.
