Is using the Not64 emulator banned for the 16 star emulator run? I wasn't sure since it uses mupen64 code

Thats an N64 emulator for Wii if I am not mistaken. So no, I doubt it is allowed (someone can correct me on this if I am incorrect.)

Ok, i think what was throwing me off the most was that Not64 and Mupen64Plus share logos.
