I'm not good at controller and I'm not good at cannonless. I'm use emu, I'm keyboard user so cannonless is too hard so I want to change to controller during speedrun. Is it allowed? (Sorry bad english:-/)
People like Puncay change their controller during bowser throws, so I am pretty sure it is allowed.
I Think it's ok, as long as you don't pause the timer/game while changing it.
I think changing the controls does pause the game, as you have to open the menus on the top. So it may not be allowed, i don't know. Join the discord, there they will help you more than here.
If you not chack [pause emulation when wimdow is not active?] in settings, the game is not stop. (bad english :-/)
even if it was stopped...the mods re-time runs if there are timing interferences, they take the whole "run"/time, even if the game paused...so i'd say dont worry about chaning plugins!
If you wish to replace your twitch highlights with reuploads, please edit your already verified run rather than deleting the verified run and making a new submission. This makes it a lot easier for us to track which submissions are reuploads and should be less work on your part as well.
