For nearly a decade, Super Mario 3D World has been one of the most optimized speedruns out there. In Kart% speedruns, there are 14 levels, each of them being played as closely to human perfection as possible, ultimately resulting in a run just over 15 minutes long. This is an incredibly short speedrun filled top to bottom with ridiculously precise tricks, but the fastest playthroughs require using only a single character. What if the player doesn't do this, and instead invites three of their online friends to speedrun with them as well? Well, there we unlock the craziness that is Kart% 4P.
