Basically the way I routed this, is to include BustOut%. The addition to the current BustOut% route that I have on here, the 100,000$ is as follows:

• Follow the Current Sims Bustin Out: BustOut% Route to the end.

(After Game - For $100,000 #ForLOLz)

• Split after cutscene and immediately enter Buy Mode

Malcolms Mansion:

• Sell: Fish Tanks, Extra Chairs at table, Extra Counters, Extra Bathroom, 2 Bedrooms, Room Score Items
• Move Out: Tinsel Bluffs

Tinsel Bluffs

• Sell: TV and Painting in Bedroom
• Split upon Selling Paintings In Bedroom
