I am not sure if my original submission went through or not. This is unlocking all US West with a brand new fishing license, no progress.

You can now reset your progress whenever you like, so players can make multiple attempts at this. I could improve on this time a lot, but don't want to reset. This will still be tough to beat, but I do give commentary, which would help others give it a go.

My time would have been better, if I did not take time to explain my process, but I will accept the 50:08 for the runtime of the video.
