my speedrun quality will be very low, because I put my computer quality to the lowest so I can have good fps, so if I submit a run, then it will be very low quality.
I'd say as long as the run is watchable and can still know what is going on I think you'll be fine. The minimum for a run is like 360p/480p but usually 720p/1080p is usually used.
That's my take though.
