Got a long way to go, but after a bunch of attempts I feel like I have a decent enough run to submit.
The items collected are all 5 major keys, Dream Breaker, Slide, Cling Gem, and Sun Greaves.
This beats out the only other Low% run submitted on Beta Patch which takes all of those plus Strikebreak, Sunsetter, and a Small Key.

Twitch now fully implemented the change to their VOD policy. This will mean that going forward, runners will no longer be able to create Twitch highlights of their runs if they exceed 100 hours of total highlight time and may have them automatically deleted.
