I don't understand the silly option rule, all the speed games allow you to use the game's rules as long as it's not a cheat code or secret menu.

Example => All fighting game, Beat 'em ups with difficulty + extra life, Shinobi games that allow you to put difficulty + kunais (except for the cheat that gives you unlimited.)

In order to go even faster we can turn power at 200% and finish the game with almost sub 6 on good RNG.

And it's funny cause you allow to use lower settings in the option menu but not extra then we have the PSP version where the whole game must be done on default setting ??? so same game, same options, different rules ? wtf ?

You are allowed to use all options in the game. That's what I meant in the rules when I said, "setup prior to the start of the timer is allowed." Sorry if that was not clear. Also, I don't moderate the PSP game, and have no say on what they do over there on that board.

It was no that clear because of the PBs not using it plus the PSP having contradictory rules
