I've been using livesplit to time my glitchless runs, and it doesn't seem to pause correctly during the loads. You can see the timer stop when the game is loading in the WR run and many other runs, but as you can see here I lose 5 seconds to a loading screen. What causes this?
Note: It has worked correctly for me in the past as you can see in this run: I'm not sure why it stopped working?
rightclick livesplit -> compare against -> check that gametime is ticked and not realtime
livesplit switches back to realtime everytime you close your portal splits or change to splits that don't have automatic ingame time
Starting now and currently being grandfathered, all console runs will be manually retimed with load times removed. This process will be redone by the verification team anyway, so don't worry about doing it yourself when submitting. Massive shoutouts to Tactix1 for doing this basically single handedl
