So i have tried to get some cosmetic mods to work in game but for some reason they won't work with source unpack yet they work on the steam version of portal. I know i must have missed some dumb little thing but help would be appreciated :3
"cosmetic mods" You are allowed to replace your models folder files with reskins for speedruns. Which file are you trying to add ?
well the website says to create a "custom folder in the portal folder and plop it in, in the steam version it works, in the unpack it doesnt.
i'll just edit em manually i guess, but it's just rather odd that it wouldn't work in the same way/
