So,as you may know,the team behind the Citra emulator faced a lawsuit from Nintendo,and they complied with the lawsuit and took down all the repos on Github.

Now,the ORAS emulator rules state that you must use Citra Nightly build 1568,but since the repo is down,nobody has archived that build,meanwhile other builds have been archived

My proposal is to change the rules so that you can use the last nightly build released (that being build 2104) so that the emulator leaderboards don't die,albeit with the same settings.

I agree with it, i'd like to start the training of ROSA, but it's annotying if I can't submit my runs ... !

We should allow any version of Citra ! :)

Yeah i rly wan't to try this speedrun so if it possible to change the rules it will be rly cool. hopefull someone change this.
