Im pretty new to speedrunning anything so i dont know what most people use to record runs for the switch. If anyone would mind telling me what they use to record, please let me know.
Most people use a capture card such as an Elgato or an Avermedia and stream/record using Open Broadcaster Software.
I see, I dont exactly have the money for a capture card and i have no idea how to really use obs.. but thanks anyways
It's fairly straightforward to learn how to use OBS. Nothing prevents you from recording the footage with a phone or a camera. @Gymfreak739, who is probably the second best player of this game, has been doing camera recorded runs too.
Ah, ill give that a shot once i get a fresh save. My switch is being a bit odd when it comes to deleting the save i have on my alt
