Please note that in order to run Practice Hack, you must first acquire an original Pikmin 2 .iso file, which we cannot provide due to that being incredibly illegal. Do not ask for it on the forums, the Discord server, or anywhere else.
As always, there is some risk involved with softmodding your Wii. In the event that you do something stupid, we can't take any responsibility for it.

Your SD card should have at least 1.5 GB of available storage to hold the Practice Hack iso.

#Homebrew Channel If you already have the Homebrew Channel installed, you can skip this step

1. Ensure your Wii is on version 4.3 and take note of its MAC address
2. Follow the instructions here and extract the contents of the download to the root of a FAT32-formatted SD card
3. Insert the SD card into your Wii and load the Message Board to find and open the red letter
4. Follow the on-screen instructions

#Nintendont If you already have Nintendont installed, you can skip this step

1. Create a folder (if it does not already exist) on the root of your SD card called apps
2. Download loader.dol and meta.xml (right click meta.xml → save link as)
   Optionally, you may download icon.png, though this is purely cosmetic
3. Create a new folder within apps called Nintendont and copy the files from the previous step into it
4. Rename loader to boot

#ISO Patcher

1. Download PikHacker's ISO Patcher and extract the folder
2. Place the .iso you obtained previously into this folder
3. Drag the .iso onto the patch.bat file and enter the .iso's region when prompted
4. Wait for Pikmin2_practice.iso to be generated The original .iso you used for patching will not be replaced, so you can keep it for future use

#Adding Practice Hack to Nintendont

1. On the root of your SD card, create a folder called games
2. Within this folder, create a folder called GPVE01
3. Add Pikmin2_practice.iso to this folder, and rename it to game The path should look like SD:/games/GPVE01/game.iso

You can now run Nintendont, select SD, then the Practice Hack from the list. If this is the only game on your SD card, it should be the first entry below "Boot GC Disc in Drive". Using the hack is pretty straightforward, but a readme is included in the ISO patcher folder detailing all of its features.
