Looooong time ago I was speedrunning PD on the 64 and was member of the "french-elite", french speaking perfect dark speedrunners community which disapeared now. I had some decent runs but had to stop due to hardware issues.
I just discovered the 1964 GE/PD edition and realize how much strategies have changed since I stopped playing. I'm actually re-doing the game and submitting runs but got some questions about some strategies on emulator.
Do strategies involving hardware lags/latency (such as wall clipping in Pellagic II or bot zoom in Investigation) are available on emulator ? I suppose not but I prefer asking before grinding hours on them for nothing :)

Unfortunately no, there is no lag on emulator - and i'm unsure if it would work anyway, as with cheats I have been able to get down to about 20 fps and that didn't seem to have any effect on the game itself.
