i made a metal slug speedrun, original, no 1cc and in hard mode

i made this run on the wii version of the game (metal slug anthology) which uses the ARCADE code of the original game, at the beggining of the run it can be seen that i choose the "Hard" difficulty

when i submitted this run a Moderator changed the categories to very hard, other.

i submitted again putting a note saying that it was on hard difficulty and not on very hard, and that the wii version uses the original arcade code, my run got rejected
