I used the route of getting bottle in SS, MV early, Goron Chu Boost to GB, Melted powder keg cave with zora link being able to stand on the edge to dump hot spring water, got epona then played normally. Could have easily been a sub 4, got caught in pirate's fortress, had crappy goron racetrack luck and failed to execute the jumpslash recoil in STT quickly. Probably could knock it down to a 3:45 if I try again. Unfortunately 3DS capture is expensive and thus could not be recorded.
