I would like to know if using OPL is allowed?

I know I am two months late but I am horrible with acronyms so idk what that means lol

OPL is Open ps2 loader. You put your games on a USB and play the game from that (So my PS2 is softmodded). My Disc is scratched to heck so sometimes it gets stuck. So I use a backup to play. So I want to know if this is allowed. 🙇‍♂️

As long as it doesn’t speed up the loading times or give any extra in game advantages it is fine.
