Whenever I go to a fortress or when I see a fortress in my runs I have not seen block entities even when I am next to the spawner

Did you click the numbers that correspond to tick, level, entities, block entities?

1. are you in the right pie chart configuration?
2. are you playing on 1.14.4, or any version 1.16.2 and above?

I am on 1.16.1 I dont know if I am in the right pie chart configuration since I have no idea how to change it.
