MariLega Autosplitter

When used with CheatEngine, allows you to set the number of lives and powerup state you have upon entering a level. On resetting you'll once again have this number of lives and powerup. This lets you grind out one level with whatever status you expect to have going into a run.

To use:
Step 1: download and install CheatEngine.
Step 2: Open MLL and CE. Tab into CE and select process, and choose MLL.
Step 3: Open this cheat table. You can do this by clicking the folder icon next to the select process button, then navigate to wherever you saved this.
Step 4: Tab into MLL and enter a level.
Step 5: Tab back to CE and click the 'Find Marisa Lives' and/or 'Find Marisa Upgrade' checkboxes. You may need to wait a few seconds after clicking one for it to find the right area of memory, and it should have a red X in it.
Step 6: Once you've done this, you can expand the dropdown menus, then you can change the values to whatever life count (doesn't really matter as long as it's greater than 1) and powerup status you want. 



The life counter manipulator works properly for Alice. However, setting a powerup as Alice turns her into Marisa. Changing powerup status only goes into effect upon entering a level; just hit retry to get your new powerup. You can't use this to change powerups inside of the level. Also, you may need to rerun the scripts every time you enter from the main menu.
