There is one section in LN2 that requires the player to sprint. For the least possible sprints category, you are allowed to start sprinting after the camera turns the corner during the doctor chase, and continue sprinting until you reach the bottom of the stairs. There is a clip below for reference. However, I was late saying when to stop sprinting. I actually stop running while on the stairs but the actually stopping point is once you have passed the final step.
