Done on an Everdrive N8 Flashcart on AV Famicom.

Might need some help with the retiming. With frame advance on this video I'm seeing the last frame of the startup being with my timer on 0.06 and I see the final bad guys disappear at 4:02.95, for a final time of around 4:02.89.
