Since we use the In-Game Timer (IGT) for Individual Level (IL) runs, it has come to light that getting a clock either freezes the timer during collection or refills the missing milliseconds between countdowns. This results in ILs that get clocks having the potential to appear faster according to the IGT than ILs that don't get clocks but are actually faster in real time. A number of solutions were considered, but to preserve the original runs and still allow for faster runs to be placed at the top, we have tentatively decided to add 1 second per clock to the posted time for all ILs, past and future. Feel free to discuss other options. We may start the adjustment process soon, but we can always change it if we want to use a different ruleset.
