I have added the other events with all the maps associated to that event.

Could you add the objective maps like Transit and Steamland for Normal difficulty?
The KF1 Board is in need of some remodeling in order to make it easier for people to submit runs to, I'm not sure of the back end of how they have things set up. But hopefully one of them or the others will take the time to update the boards to resolve the issue with needing to request a new level/category each time when they already should be there.
You do not need to spam these messages on the forums since the most of the mods are active, if you need to contact them directly.
Have you done runs on maps or difficulties not yet on the leaderboard? It would make the leaderboards even broader and lessen the competition further, so I'm not a fan
I just find it a bit awkward adding every difficulty to every category as there would be no competition for most of the categories. At most I would have Normal and Hell on earth difficulties for the categories.
that's completely understandable i spose when the game was more popular there would of been more of a demand but your right in saying it'd be too much effort for a game that was out more than 10 years ago It was just an idea as i've been playing a lot of killing floor 2 recently and wouldn't mind going back to the original thanks again :)
I would agree with the idea of adding Hell on Earth difficulties for the "normal only" categories. I think it could also attract some new players maybe. I think it's possible that the casual feel of normal difficulty might put some players off.
