Hi, it has been a long time.

The game has changed quite a lot and while some things are not possible anymore other changes made much faster run times possible. I didn't really feel like playing the game anymore so the leaderboards got a bit neglected. But not many others have tried their luck so i guess that wasn't an issue. However now that i am playing the game a lot again it is time to clean up...and do some runs again.

In the next few days i will update the leaderboards so all missions are present. Then i will mark all runs as OBSOLETE that use methods no longer available and those where the mission goals changed. Afterwards i will go through the rules and change them to better reflect the state the game is in right now. I am open to suggestions. Finally i have some runs planned AND some multiplayer runs to fill the leaderboards again.

If you plan to do runs during this time feel free to ask me about any specific mission and if there is something new you should look out for.

I will post again once the changes have been completed.

I have changed the rules for the Multiplayer Category to make recording/submitting runs easier.

This will not invalidate any existing runs.

Old rule:

• All player perspectives have to be included in the recording. (They don't have to be shown simultaneously)

New rule:

• All player perspectives have to be included. They can be shown simultaneously, one after the other or split into one video per perspective. (include all videos in the submission)

Hello friends,

is the Icarus grind a bit much for you? I thought about how many hours i spend unlocking everything in online mode and i wasn't happy with how big of a time investment it is to get everything you need to try speedrunning the game.

So i spend my free time this week in offline mode, working on a solution.

There is now a save file uploaded with every mission and workshop item unlocked, every blueprint learned and all talent points unspend, and enough exotics to buy whatever your run requires.

This should make the competition for better times easier and allow everyone to experiment with mission specific talent builds.

Don't forget to backup your characters, if you already have offline characters.

All the new missions on the Styx map have been added to the leaderboards.

That means you can now submit runs for all the new missions that Styx has to offer.

Just letting you know that runs submitted during (or close) to this time window will not be validated UNTIL i am back.

Don't be afraid of submitting runs during this time, i will go through all of them in the order they were submitted.

New missions added on the 20th will be added to the leaderboards on the 20th but missions added on the 28th will NOT be added until i am back.
