as the title says i want to know how to speedrun Vice City but the problem is i dont know how to dupelicate mission like in any% so i want to know if i can do any% without duping is this allowed/possible?

E: Not doing all strats at first is reasonable, ofc, but a 20min+ skip should be done right from the start, IMO.

From my experience, I would encourage you to not worry about duping and other wacky stuff for now. Concentrate on fundamental things such as driving, optimal shortcuts, aiming and shooting- feel the game without worrying about more advanced strats, it will reduce pressure. It worked for me, but it's entirely my opinion- other people may argue with me.

EDIT Ohh, learn about replays and etc.

You should give this tutorial a watch it will really help you a lot.Plus in the description of the video you got links to replay system tutorial and some strats.And you should prob read a guide about setting up the JP ver of Vice City.
