hi, i was thinking about running the game in segments (los santos% then the rest) in the pc version, the original 1.0 version of the game, i need to know if i can use a couple of add ons like the windowed mode (this is for capturing the game with OBS) and controller support, is there a problem with that?
Generally, no mods are allowed.
But making your game windowed with Dxwnd doesn't change the internals of the game, so that's good. It's even recommended to use dxwnd to make the game run on 1 core for stability sake.
Controller support: It's allowed, and I believe the game supports it natively? Albeit limited.
