New GoW3 glitchless categories with the NG+ glitch

Two new categories have been created for GoW3:
- Very Hard Glitchless (NG+ glitch)
- NG+ Very Hard Glitchless (NG+ glitch)
These are glitchless categories use the NG+ glitch, allowing runners to use all weapons and items from the start of the game. No glitch other than the NG+ glitch is allowed.
GoW2 runs made on PS3 Emulator are now timed with IGT
God of War II runs made on PS3 Emulator now require the use of the In Game Timer (IGT) integrated into LiveSplit.
