A Royal% speedrun of Gloom that I completed on 3/10/2022. For this speedrun, Royal% is defined as starting a game, collecting the Snow Globe from the Shopkeeper and progressing to the final cutscene. This is not a Pure speedrun, so you are allowed to start on an existing file, buy upgrades from the Shopkeeper, and edit your save file to have unlimited Tokens.

This run is recorded a little differently, because I wasn't actually going for Royal%, I was going for All Endings. As you can see in the splits, I start the second run at 9:21.400. It ends with the Royal ending at 18:50.630, making this a new best time of 9:29.230.

It's too bad I couldn't afford the weapon upgrade at the beginning, but I'm still quite happy with it. Also, sorry for the odd cropping, footage glitches and keyboard inputs not showing. I've been trying to find a good way to show the game without cropping out the boss health bars, and this one didn't work out.
