Run starts roughly a minute in.
I believe there's a way to get to the 30% motivation boost on the second ship of workers if you delay it the right amount, but I haven't experimented with that yet.
Obviously, there's some optimization on not overcapping steel, on worker management, etc. Plausible to shave off 30 to 60 more seconds on that stuff alone. General routing feels solid, though.
