So since TheWonderer found the barrier skip to get to Xacor early and finish the run an hour faster than before, No Major Glitches now includes a rule forbidding this, which means it'll just be the same run as before the skip was found, but with no money or Elex duping.

How is Elex duping defined? Am i not allowed at all to use Elexpotions? Not even the Elex that i found in the wild?

You can use the potions, but for No Major Glitches there'd be no duping at all.
