I'm playing Dragster on keyboard, and my PB is 5.64 now. My question is - are keyboard inputs precise enough to get 5.57, or at least 5.61? Or does it depends only on practise and frame-perfect clutches?

I would imagine it makes no difference, or is even a little easier on keyboard compared to using some controllers.

I used an old keyboard because I find the "clacky" keys are easier to do frame perfect taps, but yeah the keyboard makes no difference
