Hello, I was wondering how I can prove my times without a capture card. I don't have money for equipment, and the best I could do would be photos of in-game time or phone recordings to support my claims. I'd like to know if either of those would be good enough so that I can submit some times in the future. Thank you!

Phone recordings are good. You can also use an emulator.

Yeah a phone recording would be best. Photos don't prove much because A) we don't go off of IGT for full-game runs and B) you can grind out a save file to have lower IGT (it takes the sum of best IGTs on a file for final time).
