Is touchscreen allowed? I know it says in the rules that touchscreen is not allowed in any runs, but there are IL runs that use the touchscreen and are verified.

Gomoku Finish in 16 seconds and Hare and Hounds Finish in 12 seconds

Any touchscreen runs should be banned, some were verified before this rule was made.
