I believe that timing should start from first movement because in runs you can see people going backwards and gaining speed before timing even starts and also I think that runs starting once crossing that hazard line is too inconsistent to time off of. Now I'm not calling for immediate change but I would like to hear other peoples opinion on the matter.
i agree with this but you should be able to "start" at an optimal start pad
