Bari 2

Thanks to 77privilege for the major skip.

1) You need to go at the village at the north and returning to Melus for the next part, try to don't lose any axeman, they are precious for saving time.

2) Change diplo Bari and Melus to enemy, kill all units (yellow don't need to be killed) and building (docks, markets, monastery, barrack, archery, stable, siege workshop, castle / the castle near Melus don't need to be destroyed because triggers restores castle for Bari) and send one hallebarder at west (where you need destroy gate for continue after invasion in Bari) for killing cavalry.

3) You have the choise :
-Abidabla's strategy : Continue the next part without talking to the monk at east of map.
-My strategy : After destroyed everything, send first Mickael at west (where you killed the cavalry on the next part) Melus and Rebels want be your enemy now, and come back talking to the monk, invasion will be activated (Bari change all building to Rebels) and when you go at next part, Melus and Rebels want be your enemy but nothing appears because the trigger is already activated, Rebels is now your ally and don't want be your enemy. (don't forget to blocking spawn of the gate when you escape, a hallebarder preferably)

4) Continue your route at the green teuton knight, talk him and continue at Normans village, (if you use my strategy : send a bit army at south of Normans village for killing the guards of Melus, you have a principal mission when you send Mickael at Teal's castle, and send your army at the entrance of hidden camp of Rebels) capture the relic for Normans.

5) It's time to defeat the Rebels
-Abidabla's strategy : Convert docks of Teal base, use ships for destroying military building and killing the knight.
-My strategy : Return at city of Bari (destroyed) create archery/stables for attacking from the east of the camp, (only Melus will stoping you but not Rebels) destroy barrack and archery and the knight.

6) After Rebels defeated : send Mickael at the castle of Bari. (if you use my strategy, you can send Mickael directly here after sent Mickael at Teal's castle for saving insane time)

Standard : Your units have +20 HP / +2 attack (Mickael, axemans, army before talking to the monk, units after part 3)
Moderate : Your units have +10 HP (Mickael, axemans, army before talking to the monk, units after part 3)

Bari 3 glitched start in Patch 5.7+ and skip 60% of the mission

If you played in older Patch than 5.7, you haven't probably seen 2 new players (cyan + orange)

Information : If you seen my run 13:58 you can see at start, purple come destroying player cyan or orange (depending spawn point) and at this moment, multiple triggers are open, you can't come to the first objective and you can't exploring the map

How skiping :

1) You must start and restart the mission until you unlock trigger of the dock with trader and his trebuchet (you can unlock this trigger if purple move his units)

2) You need using hotkey CTRL + 1 (not number at right of keyboard) on hero and trebuchet, when unit is checked with hotkey you must bombard the touch 1 and spam click out of bound (the trigger prevents to go out of bound)

3) When you are at dock with trader and his trebuchet, you just need repair ship in the sand at east (not entirely) and return in Bari, after Hero and villager in Bari you must destroy grey ships, you need trebuchet and using "throw a projectile" or you can't attacking ships

4) When ships are destroyed, you must talk to the commander at top of Bari but not now, if you talk to the commander now, you can't continue, it's impossible to hold grey army, for skiping that : you have to go close to where the commander should be (he must be invisible because he has move by trigger of dock) don't go here but go in left side (when you see another revelator of map) and go around to the wall

5) Now the manipulation is harder, there is a brigde next to the hero Cataphract, cross it but warning, you must not alert the ship on water or you can't finish the mission, continue at east on a little village (to make sure you do not bullshit, make sure you put the units in a peaceful position, because if the trebuchet damages a building the mission will be failed) attack the docks first (you skip part with ships battle) and after, cut the tree near the cliffs, you must destroy the fortified tower (it is possible that boats are alerted by the trebuchet so be careful where you place the trebuchet)

6) After the docks and tower destroyed, return to the commander with hero and trebuchet and go at the dock with the king (you have skipped part of ship battle and battle of Bari east) redo the manipulation CTRL + 1 on hero because the trigger think you haven't completed the first part) use transport to the west, you must destroy enemy ship with sand (be careful they have +5 attack) after destroyed continue to the west and you finished the mission

Battles of the Forgotten : Dos Pilas

Thanks to Abidabla for the strategy.

1) Join the city of Yellow (try to don't lose eagle warriors, they are requiered for destroy wonder of orange)

2) When you collect the town center of Yellow, chrono is activated for an "alliance" with Purple or Orange (orange is already your ally but making an alliance is very bad...)
- Standard : 30 minutes IGT
- Moderate : 25 minutes IGT
- Hard : 20 minutes IGT

3) Send your eagle warriors at east of map, change Orange to Enemy and destroy wonder, try to pass Castle Age as fast as possible, you remove the chrono for an "alliance" and Purple will charge at your city

4) Choose the wonder of Purple and GG

Battles of the Forgotten : Langshan Jiang

You have nothing to do, just a normal gameplay.
The RTA time depend of your pc and if you don't block the route of the transports.

The last important thing is : when you collect the last transport, place your villager near the wonder and build it.

Each transports are on the water every 25 minutes IGT, protect it for the base of yellow, if you lose one transport it's finish.

At east of map, you have a farm of teal, every 10 minutes IGT you collect 500 food.

For activating Dragonship you must talking at 3 points :

Note : a hidden trigger informs that if we get rid of red and orange, the transport times should stop to spawn instantly, the problem is that I did not find which trigger activates it because it is disabled base and should contain a yellow B flag

Dark Age glitch (beta patch 4.3)

- Open Steam, choose Age of Empires II (2013), Properties -> Betas -> patch 4.3.
- Run the game with this version.
- Now you can use the vanilla Dark Age glitch, pick a villager, order a building but don't put it down (simply in build-mode state) and then reset the level/quit to the level you want.

Dark Age glitch via Scenario Editor (patch 4.4)

This was recently pointed out by DeeDarFan, doesn't work with the current version.
Surprisingly, this only work with HD Edition pre-4.4.
- Open Scenario Editor
- Units > Select any unit.
- While it's selecting, quit Scenario Editor.
- Now select the mission you want, it'll get the Dark Age glitch.
Time of activating it counts against your time, be warned.
Passive effect: With some maps contain bridges, they will become impassable for some reasons.

1) 0:18 - You must kill 500 troops but it is very long, you need your onager for cutting trees to the next part of the mission (invisible cliffs block the way) send Jakub near the camp Turks for distracting the troops, and send Boyars at east of grey city (the troops can destroy your onager by surprise and as you can not see any troops coming, it is best to move the evening primrose and stop manually, be careful sometimes it does not work, try to keep onager for the new glitch found by DeeDarFan)

2) 2:33 - When you have cut trees, send 10-15 boyars and Jakub at south of map, destroy all building of yellow, mines, mill, villages, and kill units at west but you can't go at north (rocks block the path), after yellow buildings destroyed and purple troops killed you need to wait for collecting 500 kills (12:00 - if you holded your siege unit you can cut trees at the bridge for collecting more kills faster with your boyars)

3) 13:37 - You need destroying the last village at north and killing last purple units, forge, dock, trade building, market is not necessary but you collect resources for next part

4) 16:25 (end) - Normal gameplay : the castle and Dracula must survive for 15 minutes IGT (i didn't record this point because i never succeeded and it's ultra hardcore)

5) Dracula must escape in sewers and joining army, you just need kill your army (you must have 20 pop) and send Dracula in the castle and... GG

You must force your units to cross the mountain and you can kill the rest of purple units and building of yellow. (save approximately 2 minutes)

Dracula 5

This scenario is horrible in normal gameplay

Having examined the scenario I noticed that there were invisible things that were blocking the way (myself i don't know at all which object was used for that) and having watched the triggers well, I saw that he had a hole to go behind the next mission.

Using rams at the beginning is not necessary because they take a monstrous time to return to the camp.

Capturing Sabac is useless.

reduce your screen resolution to increase performance (not entirely, but to get optimal performance)

Tactics for recording :
-if you are on Windows 10 : use Windows recorder Alt + G (best option in my opinion)

-you can use OBS for streaming if you want but be carefull, if you play on HD Edition and if your pc is bad, this can ruin your runs and the time is not in game (x2) but RTA (reduce the bitrate of your stream or non-stream if the lag appears in the level)

If you play individual campaign - full campaign use SSD hard drive for reducing load time

For York and Honfoglalas, a strong GPU is requiered for optimal performances as the size of the map is super giant it slows the game horribly especially if the options "Render 3D Water" and "Antialias object shadows" are activated (example GeForce GTX 1060)

Sforza 2

Thanks for DeeDarFan for the demonstration.

1) When you take the control of your units, send Sforza at the paladins (the nearest)

2) When you take the control of your new paladins, send one at the new checkpoint for collecting transports (IMAGE 2) and at the same time, send your condottiero and the other paladins here (IMAGE 3)
