I've seen it a few times now, in various runs, and even just randoms in pressure lobbies that join me. I have no idea how to do it, and can't find any guides on how to do it either. Tips?
you have to crouch and uncrouch really fast while holding w into the vent. it's a little finicky and if you get it to work you have to look straight up and walk backwards to get it efficient. you move faster because since you uncrouched technically right as you entered the vent, the game registers you as standing, giving you the speed of normal walking, but since your standing you will get caught on the top of the vent, that's why you have to look straight up so then your character model is bent like an upside down L which makes it so you don't get caught on the top of the ceiling but also makes navigating a bit annoying
