what if you purposefully threw an interception instead of throwing away the ball 3 times

This would work I think if you could throw to a defender who would be immediately tackled. But with this there is risk of a pick six which wastes time and gives your opponent points. Try it though.

You can throw it to a middle linebacker and it works very well

Got the WR so I’m qualified. Throw the ball away to closest sideline. Try to obviously get a TD close to the endzone. Also I dont think its best to play a half star offeense, bc they throw picks in their own territory and it wastes time instead of them chewing a bunch of clock and giving you the ball in your own half for a easy punt. Only throw picks past mid field imo. I recommend playing against 2 star offenses if you have a good team, otherwise you can play slightly weaker teams.
