machine guns definitely do higher damage at higher fps.

got a new computer, went from barely 60 at best to 120 fps, nearly pb'd 3 times in 1 night. picked up a bunch of gold splits IGT (on top of the expected like 10 minutes of RTA loads). yeah convicts died much faster to the smg and the mounted gun (very noticeable with the mounted gun obliterating the front seat passengers in like 2-3 shots). larry also was consistently 1 gun'd where before I'd usually need to have a backup smg and might need 20 bullets in it, but some fights I had like 25 in my 1st smg, so he was dying in 75-85 bullets instead of like 95-120. the tank turret section seemed slightly faster as well, but just barely. I noticed on my final run isabella was just faster with the machine pistol and not with the first shotgun blast people have been using, but only barely, missed the shotgun shot and saved 1 bullet instead of the usual 25 smg + 1 shotgun blast. seems like paul also goes down faster from the smg.

other fights are less noticeable, like cliff seems about the same, cletus seems about the same, grocery guy is similar. also other guns dont seem to matter, like jack did not die faster to sniper headshots, carlito 1 did not make a difference with the shotgun. carlito 2 also seemed to be the same, but also I never got the good luck and had him sit still, so I couldn't tell. taser also seems unaffected, but also it's still fast as hell (had similar amounts of durability left in it, so I wasn't saving that). so yeah, seems to just affect machine guns. not sure if you wanna lower the fps cap or not to 60, cause like it's definitely easier to pb with more frames.
