Hi, I'm the one active mod for a small game and a user submitted a run a few days ago that doesn't meet the requirements for being approved, but when I reject it, the next day, I think at midnight, I get the [1] notification again and it says the same run is pending again. It still says the original submission time so it's not just being resubmitted.

Anyone have this problem or know what to do?

He probably just submitted it again

If the run is definitely not going to be approved under any circumstances, ask the runner not to resubmit it anymore, and report them in the support hub if they persist.

Edit: That said, checking the rules for the leaderboard you moderate doesn't show much in the way of requirements beyond video of the run. Is the video incomplete or something? Because if there are requirements that a player wouldn't necessarily expect, you should specify them in the rules.
