I was watching an old video of siglemic's 1:46:23 and it had he chat and everything and saw that the splits at the side looked weird like it was on microsoft exel or something and I was wondering if anywone knew what it was, thanks

Microsoft Excel user here, I can confirm that is Microsoft Excel. This was a couple years back before timers on screen were standardized. Or maybe he just preferred that.
