I optimized this one as much as I could because every second counts. At first I had 9s, but by fishing for higher damage I could remove one cast which brings the time down to 8s.

I don't think that even if I could save another instant cast, that it would drop the time to 7s. However, Dawntrail releases later this week, and there will be a lv 90 blue mage someday. Then this time will be trivial.
