The green time is inaccurate and is not how it was traditionally registering the finished time. The final time before it turns green would be the time you would get very accurately, and would even go down slightly before. Therefore, this should be world record all things considered, otherwise every wr would genuinely be impossible now.

All times going forward in current patch should be retimed the exact same way this run is too, even if theres no one else it should be like this.

Mod Note: in my opinion this is a huge reach but if you went to these lengths just to cut 0.02 off the wr then its fine i guess
