With this route I achieved a 2:41:41, but made some mistakes. So a sub 2:40:00 should be doable with this route. Everything is arranged according to the splits. Everytime you get transported without selecting it yourself is a split. The splits are named after the mission or event that finishes atm.

split #1: Path to Oros

• Kill a bird for feathers
• Have the mammoth kill the two hunters asap
• Do not run while hunting the goats and try and get headshots
• Headshot all 3 wolfs and skin them
• Investigate all 4 red spots
• After the tutorial part you should have: 1x feather, 3x goat skin, 3x wolf skin and as much reeds and slate you could grab without wasting time.

split #2: Attack of the Udam

*make sure to hunt or find 1x goatskin, 2x deerskin, 3x wolfskin, 1x black dholeskin.

• 1x deerskin can most times be found on a spawning deer carcas.
• 1x wolfskin can sometimes be found on a spawning wolf carcas.
• 2x wolfskin can be gathered during the wolf taming mission by f9 copying.
