The first part of the skip was discovered by The Wonderful Adventures of Farii and Glatzenper.

The clip itself and the flight path was discovered by me.

You can get a faster clip and a higher starting position if you start in Vengeance, and do the Vengeance Metamorphosis + Infernal Strike wallclip. Then just switch to Havoc and fly + dash to the end!

Note that you need quite a lot of base movement speed to be able to make it. I have 220% movement speed with Charged Phial of Alacrity, and I just barely made it to the last boss' area.
