Adding Prestige as a full game run.

Basically what it is in the title
- Can only use the prestige classes
- Solo of course.
- Have to prestige to start it (Might make it hard to speedrun)

Hi everyone, I have finally gotten around to adding the missing levels and categories, additionally i have removed the unbeatable WRs for the fullgame categories (Most of which where held by me). If anything is still missing please send me a message.
