I know it doesn’t end with a timer display, but I feel it should still be on the level leaderboard.

I ran it and think it’s a pretty fun level to run-

The official World Records for chapter endings (as well as other levels) are tracked on wogfan, though that's not an actual leaderboard and only tracks PC records. One problem with tracking chapter endings here is that the only way I know to get In-Game Time is using wogtool, which only works on version 1.3 of the game.
