1. To enter the tournament you must have a sub 23 time
2. No cheating (this includes savestates, banned emulators, and prerecorded runs)
3. Seeding will be based off of pb (For example, best time in tourney is 17:30, they would be #1 seed.)
4. A reset during the race is a DQ.
5. You can miss your scheduled tourney match 2 times. If you miss it the 3rd time, you will be DQed

My xbox one S controller via bluetooth works on evrerything except pj64. Does anybody have a solution to this??

So I can do buffers just fine, but it's so annoying to do it. I have to hold the controller in such a weird way to hit the pause button. Is there a way a can remap the pause button? And if there is a way, is it allowed in speedruns?
