Maryland, USAYour run will be rejected if items are off on Nitro and Retro Tracks. We find them as a longer Time Trial category. I know 32 tracks has the options but thats more interesting

There should be more categories beside all variations of Golf. Maybe Cycling Courses and you use IGT. All I spots in Plane mode, Pickup Game time. Swordplay

As a MKWii mod, the choice of having CPU different difficulty is like the debate over item sets in MKWii. Hard COM add a different element to keep the rubber banding, to keep CPUs challenging the run. Its made to keep everything even. On easy, CPUs wont be as intense as CPUs on hard. Its having Balanced Items VS Strategic Items in MKWii.

So a lot of people are confused about how this wasn't a rule before now, but it was. It wasn't enforced but since it was a small community, everyone knew balanced/recommended was the required one. SpeedRunsLive (host of all speedrun races) has a rule under their MKWii section saying Balanced is required.
Okay there has been some miscommunication about how the rules should be. So I am here once and for all to say how they should be.

I do know 1 run is on this leaderboard that doesn't have a balanced item run, but if we decline it, it breaks our rule of WR's needed a video proof. My deepest apology to all runners who are affected.

I don't know differences between regions. but for USA copies its the Balanced option, i think Recommended is the name for all other discs. I'm not sure on why I accepted that. I will review this with other mods and come back to you.

Yes you can! Doesn't matter what course you start on or finish. Just do all tracks.

There is a link in the rules of each category that lists all skips not allowed.

First off, no runs of cups have been submitted. So there isnt a high demand. We will consider it though. We also might be having a site admin but no skips and no items into variables, not categories. We are waiting on Lafungo to get that settled. We don't know how popular cups are going to be, so we will wait on it.
