How do i do the start glitch at the start of the run?

I dont think its a glitch. Since its a part of the actual physics of the game i dont think its a glitch.

Ok so we have discovered everything in the game and the speedrun community is dead so why not make a new category, I thought of out of bounds percent, basically you have to get out the map as fast as possible.
